Prior to meeting and after speaking with her on the phone she created a custom search and provided access to a collaboration web page that easily displayed all properties that met my needs, which allowed us to interact and narrow down properties. When we decided to sell our home, I reached out to a colleague and friend of mine who has worked with several realtors in her prior job. I asked her to give my information to the best realtor she knew. We had reached out to some realtors previously, but we just did not feel like they were a good fit. I wanted to make sure that if we were going to trust someone with this job, they were the best. Little did we know, Diane really is the best. She has truly been the biggest blessing during this process.
Within ten minutes of having our information, Diane called me. She was on vacation, but she made time to introduce herself and set up a time to meet when she got home. She has been so easy to work with, and I do not feel like we have had to lift a finger throughout the entire process. She has taken care of every piece of paperwork, every concern from the buyers, and every question we have had. We have never bought or sold a home, so we had lots of questions!
Our home had a full asking price offer within 48 hours of it being listed. She even helped us to nail down the right asking price. We listed our home in early September, and we will close on the home on October 6th. The entire process has been smooth sailing, and we could not be more grateful for Diane’s hand in making it the best selling experience.
